Like many shariah products and services, it may look the same but there is actually a significant difference. For example, take food. A chicken with no halal logo and a chicken with a halal logo. Both chicken look and taste the same. There is no difference from the appearance. But Muslims know that only the one with the halal cert is allowed. It is the same with normal pawn broking versus ar rahnu.
