Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above.
  2. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.
  3. The route to entry for the contest and details on how to participate are stated in the giveaway posting on our Instagram and Facebook (@valuemaxsingapore) channels.
  4. The contest will run from 2 April 2026 to 19 April 2026, both dates inclusive. Entries submitted after 19 April 2026, 23:59 will not be accepted.
  5. Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by ValueMax Group Limited (“ValueMax”) after the closing date. The draw results shall be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  6. The prize(s) will be stated in the giveaway posting on our Instagram and Facebook (@valuemaxsingapore) channels.
  7. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and ValueMax reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  8. The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or direct message (DM) on Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, ValueMax reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  9. ValueMax will notify the winner(s) when and where the prize can be collected or delivered. Proof of identity may be required during prize collection. ValueMax reserves the right to refuse prize collection if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification.
  10. Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  12. ValueMax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  13. ValueMax reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  14. By participating in this contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by ValueMax Group Limited for the purposes of administering the contest, including contacting winners, verifying eligibility, prize fulfillment, publicity, and announcing results.
  15. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants understand that they are providing their information to ValueMax Group Limited and not to Instagram or Facebook.

  1. 本活动仅开放予年满18岁或以上的新加坡居民参加。
  1. 参加本活动无需支付任何费用或消费。
  2. 活动的参与方式及详细步骤将列明于我们的 Facebook 及 Instagram（@valuemaxsingapore）活动贴文中。
  3. 活动将于 2026年4月2 日至2026年4月19日期间进行。
    所有于 2026年4月19日晚上23:59之后提交的评论将不被接受。
  4. 得奖者将由 ValueMax Group Limited (ValueMax) 于截止日期后通过随机抽选方式选出。抽奖结果为最终决定，恕不接受任何异议。
  5. 奖品详情将列明于我们的 Facebook 及 Instagram（@valuemaxsingapore） 活动贴文中。
  6. 奖品将按所述提供，不接受兑换现金或其他替代品。奖品不得转让。奖品视库存情况而定，ValueMax 保留以等值奖品替代原定奖品的权利，恕不另行通知。
  7. 得奖者将于截止日期后 28天内 通过电子邮件及/或 Facebook/Instagram 私信（DM）通知。
    如得奖者未能被联系上，或未在通知后的 14天内领取奖品，ValueMax 有权取消该奖项并选出替代得奖者。
  8. ValueMax将通知得奖者奖品的领取或配送时间与地点。在领取奖品时，需要出示身份证明文件以作核实。如未能提供有效身份证明，ValueMax 保留拒绝发放奖品的权利。
