- How do I find out about my ring size?
Please refer to our ring size chart here and print it out in A4 size at 100%. - Do you provide gift wrapping?
We are able to provide gift boxes and paper bags in various sizes. - Do you offer free resizing service?
We offer free resizing service for rings up to ± two sizes. Resizing for other types of jewellery would depend on the design and materials (at an additional cost). - Can I do polishing or repairs for my jewellery?
Yes, you may do so by bringing them to any of our stores. These services are only applicable to items bought from ValueMax and additional charges may apply. - Do you have items that are brand new?
Yes, we do have some brand new items. They will be indicated as ‘brand new’ on the product images. - How often do you have new arrivals?
New stocks are available every week. - How do I know if the items are 100% authentic?
We have a team of experienced specialists here at ValueMax to authenticate every item. We are able to guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
- Is warranty provided for my jewellery?
You may return any defective item to the store within 7 days of purchase. - How long do I have to wait before the item is ready for pickup at the selected store?
It will usually take 1-2 weeks for your item to be delivered to the store you selected. In the event of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, a longer waiting time may be required. In any case, we will inform you by email when the item is ready for pickup. - How long can I reserve my item for?
Items will be reserved for you for 7 days from the day the confirmation email is sent. For example, if the confirmation email was sent on Friday morning, the item will be held for you until the store closes on the following Friday. Please check your confirmation email for exact details. - Where do you ship to?
We are only able to ship within Singapore, and only to our store locations found here. - What are your delivery options?
We are only able to offer store pickup for now. Please see our list of stores here. - Can I pick up the item on the same day? I need it urgently!
Same day collection is only possible on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us here if you need an item urgently. - How do I know if my item is ready for collection?
We will notify you by email when your item is ready for collection. - What are your payment methods?
We accept cash, NETS, Credit cards and PayNow. - How do I cancel my reservation?
Please email us at shop@valuemax.com.sg if you no longer want the item and would like to cancel your reservation.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- What is your return & exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our store for an exchange or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. ValueMax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept returns and grant store credit for selected items. - How do I return my purchase?
- To return an item, please visit the ValueMax store where you made the purchase and bring along the original sales receipt and original laboratory grading report or certification, if any.
- The item will be inspected before we accept it for return.
- ValueMax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept returns and grant refunds for items.
- Upon approval for return, you can do an item exchange, or choose to be issued with store credit, which you can use to make another purchase later.
- How does the Guaranteed Buy-back Policy work?
We guarantee a buy-back value if the product is returned in the same merchandisable condition and together with the original sales receipt.
